This class is the ultimate cardio challenge. Start with 20–30 minutes of indoor spinning, then head straight outside—rain or shine—for a 30-minute run. This class is suitable for all abilities and is perfect for anyone looking to boost their fitness to the next level.

This NEW class combines 30 minutes of high-energy spin with a full-body workout. After your ride, you’ll move into strength training using a mix of weights, resistance bands, and bodyweight exercises, finishing with a good stretch to leave you feeling strong and refreshed.

At Burn Bikes, we’re proud to have our very own in-house DJ, Yaksn, who teams up with Ellie for one to two DJ spin classes each month. Working in perfect sync, every beat and mix is carefully timed to keep the ride flowing seamlessly. These high-energy DJ sessions are what truly set Burn Bikes apart.

Spin choreography is taking off worldwide, and at Burn Bikes we run 2-hour choreography courses every other month to teach our clients the key movements used in spin. These sessions are hands-down some of the most fun you’ll ever have on a bike—and they’re also filmed for social media, so you can show off your skills and be part of the buzz.
